I gather that the only group amongst the good Burghers of Bromley, who are a bit put out by this brilliant piece of social engineering are local landlords, who may find it difficult to get anyone other than Housing Departments to pay exorbitant rents for run-down, sub-standard accommodation... now we enjoy such good relations with Kazakhstan maybe we could move 'the 500 club' there?
